Our rep was very responsive and helpful during the planning and quoting process, and the pricing was competitive. When the crew came, they were very helpful answering my questions. Otherwise, implementation was a little bumpy. I had to follow up a few times to get the install schedule, the crew didn’t have enough lights when they came, and they didn’t show on the scheduled second day to complete the install. Also, I requested old-style C7 lights. They said they would be LED but would look old-style on the rooflines, but they installed the crystal type of bulb that’s not old style ceramic looking.
